Our Founder, Rahul Shah, built RAS Equity on a simple conviction: that the best real estate decisions come from counsel, not sales pressure. In May 2024, that conviction became a firm. Backed by 10 years across commercial and residential property in the UAE market, Rahul has guided a considerable number of clients through the full arc of a real estate decision — not just the transaction at the centre of it, but the strategy, structuring, and stewardship that surround it. Much of those 10 years has been spent building and managing real estate portfolios on behalf of private clients — sourcing acquisitions, structuring holdings, and staying engaged long after a deal closes rather than moving on to the next listing. That same discipline extends to alternative investment mandates, where Rahul has advised principals on capital allocation beyond traditional property, bringing a broader, portfolio-level lens to how real estate fits within a considered wealth strategy
